My wife and I flew in to Florence from Germany less than two hours before the tour. We found Stefania welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and very easy to understand despite the busy Florentine streets. As a result of our time with her, we were gifted with a starting knowledge of the city we'd arrived in, recommendations on what to look for in cuisine and where to find it, as well as ideas for what to do next during our stay. We both highly recommend this tour and I'm very glad I booked it for us.
